Club Sandwich | Feeling sandwiched between the needs of your children (whether young or grown) and your aging parents can be overwhelming. Whether caring for or helping guide them, life in the middle comes with unique challenges, stress, and tough choices. Club Sandwich is a place to connect with others who are sandwiched in similar ways. We meet second Mondays 7-8pm at various locations for open conversation, encouragement, and shared wisdom. Over time, we may explore books, resources, or invite guest speakers to support each other even more.
