This effort, now and continuing through 2027, includes three invitations for financial support for our shared mission and ministry at Trinity:
Thanks to the generous support from 108 households (initial gifts & pledge payments received) we surpassed the goal and are at $1,302,943.
The #1 priority, Maintaining our Property, is well underway:
boiler replacement
Installation is complete! We are staying warm with a new energy-efficient system.
roofing project completed
Our flat roof is completed ensuring a long lifetime of protection.
security
Bids are rolling in to update our security camera system and keyless entry installation.
The #2 priority, Mortgage Management:
monthly mortgage payment
This year, the monthly payment was removed from the Annual Budget and payments are being made from the gifts we received to the Capital Campaign. The Church Council and Finance Committee will continue to discuss options for handling the mortgage balance going forward.
The #3 priority, Enhancing Our Spaces:
new life to existing spaces
Pastor Adam is meeting with a committee to discuss ideas for the future of Trinity and how our spaces can better serve our congregation and community.

For 91 years and counting, Trinity Lutheran Church has been a community of disciples committed to walking by faith in a manner worthy our calling, believing in the power of what God can do. Though we love our church and our building, the rich history of Trinity has always been more inclined toward what cannot be physically seen, that is, our relationships with God and with one another. Through all his letters, the apostle Paul implored centuries of believers to pursue unity in the power of the Holy Spirit who was sent to bring us together as one through a lived faith in Christ.
From the very beginning, God has always intended to gather us into one. And now, at this moment in our life together at Trinity, in unity with one another, we get to renew our faithfulness to watching for what God is doing in our midst – all of us, together as one. It’s the story of who we are and who we are becoming. Gathered Into One encompasses a lifetime of what it means to be not only a person of Trinity, but a people of God.
So, we remain committed to our mission as a congregation, to welcome all to worship joyfully, grow in faith, and serve near and far, in Jesus’ name. We are rooted to our past while being sent forward, as God’s Spirit leads us toward what we are becoming, all while gathering us into one with each other, with the world, and with God in Christ Jesus.
After you have had time to pray and reflect, please return your card on, or before our Commitment Sunday, March 17.
